hi my name is chloe,
I live in harrogate i am 14 years old and go to harrogate grammar school. I am really inspired by your dog portraits, and have began painting my own dog for my GCSE’s
Hi Chloe,
Thank you so much for your comments, I hope all goes well for your GCSE’s.
My eldest son took GCSE Art and he attained an A* and I attained an A at A level in Art.
I was born in Harrogate, my mother and her family came from Cayton Hall, South Stainley, North Yorkshire.
My great grand parents had a house looking on to the Stray, on Shannon Avenue. All this side of my family were gifted in art. My grandparents painted mainly landscapes and still life studies in oils. My mother went to the Harrogate School of Art, I have many of her original sketches and paintings done whilst there. She excelled in figure drawings and paintings from World War 2.
Kind regards,
Penny.
